Engineering Her Future
Joie Vittetow was born hard of hearing. Little did she know that her struggle in life didn't stop there. Joie's determination and hard work prepared her for the hardship she faced when she decided to be an engineer. Her professors warned her that she was not wise for choosing a career in a male-dominated job. Little did she know how wrong they were.
Joie now works at Collins Aerospace, her dream job, and gives back to her community.
